About the Spitfire Site

There can be no doubt that the Supermarine Spitfire was one of the most outstanding World War Two aircraft; even today it is regarded as Britain's finest aeroplane of all time. This site is intended to be an online resource library about the Supermarine Spitfire and a meeting place for Spitfire enthusiasts.
